**NEW IN 2026:**
August dates are available for Beverage Vendor booths only--food will instead be sold by businesses. All other dates must fulfill Food & Beverage booths.
Table Return Fee: If you choose to not carry the 6' tables used to the truck after the event, you can pre-plan and pay the $50 add on. If you fail to return your table, you will be charged this fee.

Vendor Responsibilities:
Pay all fees on time.
Attend MANDATORY Food and Alcohol Meeting May 6 @ 6pm via ZOOM
Apply for and receive the ABC Permit for alcohol sale prior to event date.
Provide proof of ABC Insurance with the City listed as additionally insured.
Apply for and receive Temporary Food Permit from Marin County prior to event date.
Adhere to all County Health Department Rules and Regulations.
Provide all food, appropriate storage, serving containers and utensils.
Provide 5 - 10 Event Staff meals (entrée and side).
Pick up ALL trash in area and empty provided trash, compost and recycling bins at end of event.
Pick up, set-up, and return ALL borrowed equipment at end of event. (i.e. tables) Event Staff are not available to help with this process.
If items other than food are to be sold, permission is required from Parks and Recreation.
Respect all borrowed equipment. Please DO NOT use clear tape on tables and tents, only use zip ties for hanging any signage.
Parks and Recreation Department Responsibilities:
Provide support for obtaining ABC License and Temporary Food Permit. (sample letters, forms)
Provide all cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc.
(4) Food Vendor parking passes for night of event.
Receptacles for trash, compost and recycling.
Event Staff will set-up, vendor will empty at the end of the event.
Set-up of (1) Pop-up tents with netting for food service.
(9) tables. These are stored in a truck and must be picked up and returned by vendor.
Set-up of (1) Barbecue with propane.
(2) Large coolers of ice.
Set-up of (1) wash station and (1) hand wash station.
