 Event Parking will be at 1-3 Harbor Dr. at the corner of Bridgeway & Harbor Dr. The entrance is on Harbor Dr. across from Mollie Stones. Please use sidewalks and crosswalks when walking to MLK campus. 

Sellers Info

  • Only garage/yard sale items are to be sold. No craft/food/retail vendors allowed.
  • Registration for booths opens ONLINE ONLY for 94965 RESIDENTS on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
  • Registration for booths opens ONLINE ONLY for ALL on Monday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
  • Go to www.sausalito.gov/register and create a account or log in. 
  • Booth spaces rent for $15 - $30 each depending on size; see the map below for specific prices. Sausalito resident prices are listed. Add $5 for the non-resident rate.  
  • A limited number of 6' tables are available to rent for $13 (one per booth)
  • 36" round tables are available for $8
  • There are 3 load-in times for sellers before the sale; please see the map for the time that corresponds to your seller space
  • For load-out after the sale, cars are only allowed back in at 1:30 p.m. (not before); please plan accordingly

How to book Yard Sale Booth:

BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT AS OF 3/19. Please email recreation@sausalito.gov to be added to a wait list in case of cancellations. 

    1. Create an account (if you do not already have one made) or Log in to RecDesk
    2. Reserve a Yard Sale table Here or visit the EVENTS tab once logged in. Scroll down to the City-Wide Yard Sale map.  
    3. Click your desired booth number.
    4. Click the green Reserve button on that booth facility page.
    5. Scroll to April 12th on the calendar. If that booth is available, a green Reserve button will appear on the calendar. Follow the steps to check out. 
    6. A green + will appear on the resident or non-resident rate, depending on your profile's zip code. Select it and any add-ons (6’/36” tables). Then click the blue Add to Cart button and proceed to check out.


* Any booth with a line under the booth number is still available. Hover your mouse over an available booth and click the link to reserve that booth.
We will do our best to update the map to remove booth links that have been purchased.

Sponsorships & Reserved Tables Information  

 SEASON TABLES ARE SOLD OUT! NIGHTLY TABLES ($65 res/$75 non-res) go on sale on April 23rd at 10:00 a.m. 

 **We have a new registration system. To purchase a nightly table, everyone will need to create a new account with us. You will only be able to look at the availability by table. **
 
  1. Create an account (if you do not already have one)
  2. Reserve a Jazz & Blues Table Here. Or by vising the EVENTS tab once you're logged in. 
  3. To reserve a season table, click your desired table on the map.
  4. Scroll to June 6th. Available dates show a green button on the calendar.
  5. More worried about the available date than the table placement? Scroll down the Events page to the blue calendar under the map. 
  6. Blank on Friday Jazz dates means that no tables are reserved.
  7. A blue box on a Friday Jazz date means that a table is reserved. You can click these boxes to see which table(s) have already been reserved. Then proceed to click your desired table on the map.
