Jazz and Blues By the Bay
Food/Beverage Vendor Sponsorship
Are you a Non-Profit interested in providing food and drink services at Jazz and Blues by the Bay? Take this opportunity to partner with Sausalito Parks and Recreation this summer!
**NEW IN 2026:**
August dates are available for Beverage Vendor booths only--food will instead be sold by businesses. All other dates must fulfill Food & Beverage booths.
Table Return Fee: If you choose to not carry the 6' tables used to the truck after the event, you can pre-plan and pay the $50 add on. If you fail to return your table, you will be charged this fee.

How to Book a Jazz & Blues Season Table
1. Create a RecDesk Account
You must have a RecDesk account to book a table. If you do not already have one, please create an account here and log in. You will need to be logged in.
2. Click on Events Tab
3. Choose an Available Table*
- Click on a table number that includes a link.
- Tables without a link have already been booked.
- Available tables are also listed in the yellow box for easy reference.
- *Availability Notice
- Table availability is updated daily.
4. Reserve Your Table
Click the RESERVE button. From the Calendar, scroll to June 5th and click the green reserve button. If there isn't a green reserve button on the date, then that table isn't available. In the “Description of Use” Box, write your table name, and add the table to your cart to complete your booking.
