Programs

The Sausalito Community Boating Center (SCBC) Sailing Summer Camp is designed for children ages 10 to 14 who are eager to learn how to sail small boats. Campers will gain a strong foundation in sailing fundamentals while prioritizing safety and having fun on the water.
In addition to hands-on sailing instruction, campers will enjoy games and interactive lessons covering maritime history, local marine life, weather patterns, and traditional boat construction. No prior sailing experience is required; however, participants should feel comfortable being in and around the water.
Campers should bring a bag lunch, sunscreen and a water bottle. Snacks and all other equipment will be provided.
