The 2025 Sausalito Winter Market is taking place from 10:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday, December 13th at the Sausalito Center for the Arts Building located at 750 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965.
Invited Makers are welcome to participate in the Winter Market and share their inventions, creativity, and curiosity to inspire the future.
Booth Pricing
Indoor Booth - $350 (27)
Indoor Premium Booth - $450 (4)
Outdoor - $250 (30)
Alcohol Vendors - $1000 (2)
What should vendors bring?
We encourage vendors to provide their own set-up in full. If you are vending outside, we recommend a canopy tent and require at least 20lbs on each tent leg (Sausalito can be windy!)
If you need to borrow items from the city, the following are available for an extra charge
6ft table and 2 chairs - $10
10x10 pop-up canopy tent - $115
Food and drink vendors need to provide
- California Food Handler License
- ABC License (For booths selling alcohol)
Insurance:
Individual vendors will be covered under the organizer’s 1 day event insurance policy.
If you are selling or distributing food, alcohol or might be considered a high risk vendor (ie. selling knives) you will need to provide a copy of your own 1 day event insurance to the event organizers.
